What data is stored

• The Instagram username and profile picture of the connected business account.
• The name and ID of the linked Facebook Page.
• Access tokens — stored encrypted.
• Direct messages and comments received and sent through the integration, and their attachments (images, videos, files).
• The Instagram usernames, profile names and IDs of people who message or comment on the business.
• Phone numbers those people write in comments.
• Leads and tasks created from those messages and comments.

Why it is used

For two purposes only: to show Instagram conversations to the business's staff inside the CRM, and to create leads from them.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties. The only exception is the infrastructure providers the system cannot run without (cloud hosting and database), which store the data solely on our behalf.

1. Business owner: disconnect the integration

In SISTEMATOR, open Settings → Integrations → Instagram and disconnect the account. SISTEMATOR immediately loses access to the account and the access token is deleted — no new messages or comments are received.

Individual leads and conversations already stored can be deleted by the business in the CRM. To have everything deleted, send a request to the email address below.

2. Remove the app in Facebook or Instagram settings

You can also revoke the access granted to SISTEMATOR on Meta's side:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → SISTEMATOR → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → SISTEMATOR → Remove.

3. Request deletion by email

Anyone — the business owner, or a person who messaged or commented on a business on Instagram — can request deletion of their data. Email general@sistemator.uz with your Instagram username (or the connected account) and your request.

We will confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days. We may ask a follow-up question to make sure the request really comes from you.
